Level 1 Parkour Coach Training

Training courses may be run in a variety of formats depending on the numbers of candidates and the number of assessors available. The courses will usually be run with group of between 5 and 10 candidates attending, so as to facilitate discussion and allow a broader range of ideas and methods to be discussed.

The emphasis of the course is on making sure that coaches are aware of all the different skills needed in order to teach parkour. Unfortunately there isn't time to teach all of the skills and knowledge areas necessary to teach parkour in a single training course, as these are things that take many years to develop.
